You will conduct showings, manage leads in our CRM, assist with leases, and prepare reports with a professional, team-oriented culture. Weekday hours and steady occupancy outcomes are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service or property management–related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Market available properties across multiple platforms with accurate, fair-housing-compliant listings.
• Coordinate and conduct in-person and virtual property showings.
• Manage leads in our CRM and follow up with prospective tenants.
• Perform move-in, move-out, and annual property inspections.
• Assist with lease agreements and rental applications.
• Create virtual tours, assist with photography, and coordinate signage and banners.
• Monitor vacancy reports and ensure all units are properly marketed.
• Provide KPI and leasing activity reports to property management.
• Be a friendly, professional point of contact for prospects and residents alike.
• Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
