United Property Associates in Virginia Beach is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle leasing and administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail. The role involves engaging with applicants, collecting payments, and maintaining resident information.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of leasing experience, familiarity with Yardi, and knowledge of VRLTA and Fair Housing Laws. A valid driver's license is required; this is an in-person, full-time role with standard weekday hours.

Formación

• 2+ years of leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with Yardi management systems a plus.
• Knowledge of VRLTA and Fair Housing Laws.
• Driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Record and maintain all resident information in Yardi.
• Collect monies for application fees, security deposits, rent, etc., as per policy and guidelines.
• Update available marketing tools as needed.
• Schedule appointments with prospective applicants.
• Answer phone calls using the phone script guidelines.
• Notify applicant(s) of approval and schedule the lease package signing.
