The primary duties of the leasing professional are to welcome prospects, understand their needs and wants and to be able to professionally present the features and benefits of the community to properly secure lease agreements from qualified persons. We are looking for someone extremely service oriented; cheerful and articulate, friendly and welcoming, quick to put people at ease, extremely organized and are always looking for opportunities to be proactive with service and quick. They will need to respond to inquiries and requests accurately and timely. Someone confident that enjoys selling a product that they know meets the needs of interested prospects. With a professional demeanor and are neatly and professionally presented at all times. Previous experience in residential leasing or in sales preferred.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Stand and greet everyone who enters the officeAnswer incoming phone calls and handle each call professionally whether it is a prospect call, resident, service request, etc.Welcome prospects to the property, understand their needs, build rapport and present the community as the ideal solution.
