Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. The role requires on-site presence, strong customer service, and the ability to conduct tours, qualify leads, and finalize leases.

The position emphasizes adherence to Fair Housing laws, OSHA requirements, and collaboration with the team to maintain a high standard of property appearance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales with appointments, tours, and follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with audits and turnover processes.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans and analyze market conditions to boost traffic and leasing activity.
• Handle resident inquiries to maintain satisfaction and enforce community policies.
