Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Emblem at Tower in Manor, TX. The role blends customer service and sales to lease apartments and support property tours, online inquiries, and in-person visits.

You will guide applicants through the affordable housing process, maintain PMS records in Yardi, and stay informed on area amenities and schools. The position requires evening and weekend availability and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent; sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong people skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents via phone, email, text, and in person.
• Present units, close leases, and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain clean and presentable homes and tour routes.
• Know property features, schools, hospitals, banks, shopping and amenities.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws and enter data in Yardi PMS.
• Assist customers with application completion for affordable housing.
• Participate in off-site marketing and occupancy initiatives.
• Support events, retention efforts, and supervisor-assigned projects.
