Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Emblem at Tower, a 324-unit community in Manor, TX. Initially roving to support nearby properties in the Austin area, you will engage customers by phone, email, and in person to showcase units and secure leases.

The role emphasizes presenting properties, building rapport, following tour and sales standards, and guiding applicants through the housing process in compliance with Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education required.
• Sales and/or customer service experience preferred (hospitality/retail applicable).
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Good people skills and professional demeanor.
• Basic math for rent calculations and deposits.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to meet sales goals and adhere to schedules.
• Evenings and weekends availability may be required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents via phone, email, text, and in person; build rapport and provide property tours.
• Present available units, close leases per standards, and follow up with prospects.
• Inspect and prepare homes for tours; keep tours clean and presentable.
• Know community features, schools, and amenities; communicate effectively to prospects.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws; enter data in Yardi PMS and complete Guest Cards.
• Guide customers through the application process and collect required documents for eligibility.
• Support off-site marketing and occupancy initiatives.
• Assist with resident retention and special projects as assigned by supervisor.
