Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Emblem at Tower, a 324-unit community in Manor, TX. You will support the Community Manager with daily property operations, occupancy, and resident services as the property nears opening.

This roving role includes coverage across the greater Austin area, coordinating with site teams, training staff, and maintaining strong resident relations. The position requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and a focus on meeting budget goals while delivering

Qualifications

• 1-2 years previous property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on-call as scheduled by management.
