Job summary

Dominium seeks an Assistant Manager for Emblem at Tower, a 324 unit community in Manor, TX. Until the property becomes operational, you will rove to support other Austin-area communities.

Responsibilities include maintaining occupancy, building resident relations, training site personnel, and being on-call as scheduled. 1-2 years of property management experience and Yardi familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
• Yardi software experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
