Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for Emblem at Tower in Manor, TX. The roving manager will support additional Austin-area communities until the property opens, then oversee daily operations, leasing, and resident relations to drive occupancy and retention.

You will coordinate with staff, supervise contractors, and ensure compliance with housing programs while managing budgets and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year degree in a related field; 4-year degree preferred.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred.
• Accounting/administrative background preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations to maximize occupancy, appearance, and resident retention.
• Lead staffing: orientation, training, performance reviews, and HR coordination.
• Resolve resident issues promptly and maintain positive community relations.
• Manage budgets, purchasing procedures, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Collect rent, enforce leases, and handle move-ins/move-outs with attention to detail.
• Supervise contractors or vendors and ensure quality workmanship and contract compliance.
• Ensure safety, audits readiness, and maintain comprehensive property records.
