Job summary

Madison Management LLC is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our property management team. You will handle all aspects of the leasing process, from introducing properties to prospective tenants to conducting property inspections of active leases, with the goal of high occupancy and profitability for clients.

You should be passionate about helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills to close leases and deliver

• Proven working experience in property management and or customer service.
• The ability to be organized and manage multiple tasks.
• Driven to meet goals and go the extra mile.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Market available apartment homes
• Show properties to prospective residents and inform them of all available amenities
• Qualify prospective residents using screening procedures
• Maintain deep knowledge of the local market and housing trends
• Negotiate leasing terms and close deals
• Inspect community on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance/repairs
• Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned
