Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and schedule community tours.
• Conduct tours showcasing features, pricing, and leases; address objections.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, floor plans, policies.
• Prepare leasing paperwork and move-in packets.
• Collect deposits, fees, rents; document per Horning policy.
• Enter lease data in the system accurately.
• Coordinate move-in scheduling with maintenance and managers.
• Explain lease terms and policies to residents.
• Support retention through daily interactions and follow-through.
• Update online ads with current pricing and promotions.
• Monitor marketing effectiveness and provide feedback.
• Stay aware of local market conditions and contribute ideas.
• Assist outreach and resident engagement events.
• Understand and comply with Fair Housing laws and Horning policies.
• Protect prospect and resident information.
