Redwood Communities, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The Ericsson in Akron, OH. You will greet and qualify prospects, tour available units, present amenities, and assist with lease signings while maintaining HUD and Fair Housing compliance.

This full-time position requires excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills, familiarity with multifamily housing or HUD properties, and proficiency with property management software such as Yardi or RealPage.
