Job summary

Flaherty & Collins Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Indiana to greet prospective residents, showcase our community, and guide applicants through the leasing process with care and accuracy.

You will prepare lease agreements, answer questions, and build lasting relationships with residents while keeping current on market trends and available offerings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and tour the community.
• Showcase features and amenities that make the property feel like home.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process with care and attention to detail.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements in compliance with legal requirements.
• Build lasting relationships with current residents and address their needs.

• Collaborate with teammates to meet leasing and occupancy goals.
• Stay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings.
• Assist in planning and hosting resident events to foster community.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• You're a natural communicator with a warm, approachable personality.
• You have experience in leasing, sales, or customer service—or you're eager to learn and grow in these areas.
• You love working with people and are committed to providing top-notch service.
• You're tech-savvy and comfortable using property management software and Microsoft Office tools.
