You will conduct tours, review applications, prepare lease files, and coordinate move-in processes, maintaining an organized leasing office and knowledge of market conditions and concessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, guests, and vendors.

• Follow Fair Housing standards in all interactions.
• Conduct tours and present community features and amenities.
• Review applications including income, credit, and background screening.
• Prepare and maintain lease files and required documentation.
