As part of the team, you'll greet residents, host tours, manage calls and mail flow, coordinate move-ins, and use Yardi to track activity. Weekend availability and a positive, customer‑focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing experience (preferred).
• Residential leasing experience and Yardi experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and host tours for prospects, follow up of guest cards.
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition, maintaining cleanliness and stocking move-in gifts and snacks.
• Answer and distribute incoming calls and messages throughout day.
• Receive and distribute all incoming mail.
• Occasionally assist with planning and hosting after hours resident events.
• Assist in preparation of move-in folders and maintain business center, coffee bar and pet bar.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity in Yardi.
• Convert phone traffic into scheduled appointments for tours.
• Ensure excellent customer service to residents and promote a quality living experience.
• Inspect apartments prior to resident move-ins and coordinate move-in/out with maintenance.
• Create and maintain confidential resident files; review move-in paperwork.
• Ensure all open/close procedures are completed daily.
• Assist with ongoing resident relations and respond to requests promptly.

Pay Range: $18.00 dollars per hour + bonus commissions (depending on experience)

What You'll Do

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll play a key role in achieving occupancy goals while delivering an exceptional experience to prospective and current residents.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greet residents and host tours for prospects, follow up of guest cards
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition, ensuring cleanliness, safety and stocking move-in gifts and snacks accordingly
• Answer and distribute incoming calls and messages throughout day
• Receive and distribute all incoming mail
• Occasionally assist with planning, and hosting after hours resident events
• Assist in preparation of move-in folders, and maintain business center, coffee bar and pet bar
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of traffic activity by entering applicable information into Yardi
• Convert phone traffic into scheduled appointments with prospective residentsin order totour the community
• Ensure excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants, and promote a quality living experience for all residents
• Inspect apartments prior to resident move-ins and ensure apartments are in move-in condition by coordinating move-in/out needs and schedules with maintenance team
• Create and maintain confidential resident files, which includes reviewing move-in paperwork with new residents
• Ensure all open and close procedures are completed daily
• Assist with ongoing resident relations throughout occupant's tenancy by ensuring occupant's requests are responded to promptly and accurately
• Responsible for shopping competitive properties, and pursuing marketing opportunities with downtown business
• Assist with processing work order requests for residents and ensure work is completed in a timely manner
• Occasionally assist with planning and hosting after hours resident events
• Participate in company provided training such as fair housing, safety, non-discrimination, and harassment prevention.
• Comply with all company standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws.
