2B Residential in Mila (Ellisville, MO) is seeking a Leasing Consultant to help achieve occupancy goals while delivering an exceptional resident experience. You will greet prospects, host tours, follow up on guest cards, and coordinate move-in processes.

The role requires strong communication and customer service, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is required, and Yardi experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and host tours for prospects, follow up of guest cards.
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition and stock move-in gifts and snacks.
• Answer and distribute incoming calls and messages throughout the day.
• Receive and distribute all incoming mail.
• Assist with planning and hosting after-hours resident events.
• Prepare move-in folders and maintain business center, coffee bar and pet bar.
• Maintain records of traffic activity in Yardi.
• Convert phone traffic into scheduled appointments for tours.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants.
• Coordinate move-in/out needs with maintenance and inspect apartments.
• Review move-in paperwork and maintain confidential resident files.
• Complete open/close procedures daily.
• Assist with resident relations during tenancy and respond to requests promptly.
• Monitor marketing opportunities and compare with downtown properties.
• Process work order requests and ensure timely completion.
• Participate in training on fair housing, safety, non-discrimination, and harassment prevention.

2B Residential, a market leader in Class A multi-family management, is seeking a passionate Leasing Consultant to join our team at the following locations:

• Mila - Ellisville, MO

Pay Range: $18.00-$21.00 dollars per hour + bonus commissions (depending on experience)

Schedule: Full-time position - Weekend availability required

What You'll Do

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll play a key role in achieving occupancy goals while delivering an exceptional experience to prospective and current residents.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greet residents and host tours for prospects, follow up of guest cards
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition, ensuring cleanliness, safety and stocking move-in gifts and snacks accordingly
• Answer and distribute incoming calls and messages throughout day
• Receive and distribute all incoming mail
• Occasionally assist with planning, and hosting after hours resident events
• Assist in preparation of move-in folders, and maintain business center, coffee bar and pet bar
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of traffic activity by entering applicable information into Yardi
• Convert phone traffic into scheduled appointments with prospective residentsin order totour the community
• Ensure excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants, and promote a quality living experience for all residents
• Inspect apartments prior to resident move-ins and ensure apartments are in move-in condition by coordinating move-in/out needs and schedules with maintenance team
• Create and maintain confidential resident files, which includes reviewing move-in paperwork with new residents
• Ensure all open and close procedures are completed daily
• Assist with ongoing resident relations throughout occupant's tenancy by ensuring occupant's requests are responded to promptly and accurately
• Responsible for shopping competitive properties, and pursuing marketing opportunities with downtown business
• Assist with processing work order requests for residents and ensure work is completed in a timely manner
• Occasionally assist with planning and hosting after hours resident events
• Participate in company provided training such as fair housing, safety, non-discrimination, and harassment prevention.
• Comply with all company standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws.
