CommonPlace is seeking a personable Leasing Consultant to greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase apartments, amenities, and community features in Madison. You will guide applicants through the leasing process from applications to move-ins, while ensuring a positive resident experience and accurate file maintenance.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leasing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends and in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents, lead tours, and showcase apartments and community features.
• Ensure model units and common areas are clean and ready to impress.
• Guide applicants through applications, screenings, deposits, leases, and move-ins.
• Maintain accurate resident files and lease documents.
• Enforce renter’s insurance compliance and know local market trends.
• Implement marketing strategies and use digital tools to generate leads.
• Respond quickly to all leads and follow up consistently.
• Build lasting relationships with prospects and residents through excellent communication.
