RPM Living in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Leasing Associate to handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations. You will sign leases, show apartments, and act as landlord for property owners.

You will respond to inquiries, qualify prospects, process applications with credit checks, maintain show rooms, support social media efforts, and coordinate with maintenance. A flexible schedule including weekends is required; benefits and weekly pay are included.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours.
• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits per procedures.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments and close sales; prepare move-ins and collect signatures.
• Maintain social media presence to boost visibility and engagement.
• Resolve resident issues promptly to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with maintenance; manage leases and move-out paperwork.
• Attend weekly and daily goal meetings.
• Collaborate on marketing strategies within budget.
