Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Leasing Consultant to combine customer service, sales, and marketing to lease our apartment homes. You will manage your own success by meeting leasing goals and building rapport with customers and residents. This role rewards driven, service-minded individuals who believe in the product.

You will contribute to a safe, efficient workplace while supporting resident satisfaction and community marketing efforts across our properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of on-site management operations and customer service experience; Yardi is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required.
• Sales and customer service experience is required.
• Able to work a set and variable schedule including weekends.
• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships.
• Professional and ethical conduct at all times.
• May work at locations other than the home property and travel as needed.

What You Bring To Us

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Knowledge of on-site management operations, customer service experience, and Yardi software experience (preferred)
• Possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance (required)
• Sales and customer service experience (required)
• Able to adhere to a set and variable work schedule, including weekends and emergencies as
• Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Able to maintain a professional and ethical atmosphere
• Able to perform work responsibilities at locations other than "home" property
• Able to travel within major metropolitan areas and may be to attend company functions in other cities

Work Environment

Work is performed in both office and field environments within residential apartment communities. Position requires frequent interaction with residents, prospective residents, vendors, and team members in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions while conducting property tours and inspections.

Physical Requirements

Requires frequent walking of the apartment community, including model units, vacant apartments, and common areas while conducting tours and assisting residents and prospective residents. Position involves standing, sitting, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Work is performed in both office and outdoor environments with frequent customer interaction.
