CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Leasing Consultant to blend customer service, sales, and marketing to lease apartments and satisfy residents. You will manage leasing goals, build rapport with customers, and contribute to community occupancy.

Ideal candidates have on-site management knowledge, strong communication, and a willingness to travel within the metro area; Yardi experience is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

• Knowledge of on-site management operations and Yardi software is a plus.

Position requires frequent interaction with residents, prospective residents,vendors, and team members in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions while conducting property tours and inspections.**Physical Requirements**Requires frequent walking of the apartment community, including model units, vacant apartments, and common areas while conducting tours and assisting residents and prospective residents. Position involves standing, sitting, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
