CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Atlanta to combine customer service, sales and marketing skills to lease apartment homes and meet leasing goals.

You will build rapport with customers and residents, maintain office organization, and collaborate with team members while supporting safety programs and risk management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Knowledge of on-site management operations and customer service experience expected.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Sales and customer service experience required.
• Willingness to work weekends/emergency shifts and travel as needed.

Position requires frequent interaction with residents, prospective residents,vendors, and team members in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions while conducting property tours and inspections.**Physical Requirements**Requires frequent walking of the apartment community, including model units, vacant apartments, and common areas while conducting tours and assisting residents and prospective residents. Position involves standing, sitting, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
