You will lease the community, market the property, and build rapport with prospective residents while meeting leasing goals and maintaining resident satisfaction.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and experience in customer service and sales. Knowledge of on-site operations and Yardi software is preferred.

• Able to travel within major metropolitan areas and may be required to attend company functions in other cities.

Work Environment

Work is performed in both office and field environments within residential apartment communities. Position requires frequent interaction with residents, prospective residents,

vendors, and team members in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions while conducting property tours and inspections.

Physical Requirements

Requires frequent walking of the apartment community, including model units, vacant apartments, andcommon areaswhile conducting tours andassistingresidents and prospective residents. Position involves standing, sitting, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Work is performed in both office and outdoor environments with frequent customer interaction.
