This role emphasizes marketing efforts, resident relations, and open houses, with a focus on achieving high occupancy and timely move-ins. A year of experience is preferred and proficiency with Microsoft Office is valued.

Qualifications

• Superior organization and communication skills.
• Ability to provide courteous and professional service to residents and supervisors.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with leasing and occupancy at all properties.
• Support marketing efforts for each property.
• Process applications and complete lease paperwork.
• Ensure units are ready for tours and assist with move-ins.
