The ideal candidate has 1–2 years leasing or sales experience, bilingual Spanish-English, and solid knowledge of Fair Housing laws. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is required; weekend availability may be needed.

This on-site Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting the Property Manager in the overall operation of the property and the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, and programs that ensure a well-managed, well-maintained building. The Assistant Property Manager will be asked to assume greater responsibilities as needed, as well as knowledge of all aspects of property management.
