Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Broadstone Walnut Grove in Vancouver, WA, to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, guiding residents from first contact to move-in.

You will conduct tours, screen applications, process leases, and ensure high occupancy and resident satisfaction by working with the on-site team to maintain show units and execute promotional plans.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and leasing experience in multifamily housing.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to use property management software (OneSite, Yardi).

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours and show apartments; process applications and leases.
• Maintain move-in readiness and quality of show units.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to maximize occupancy.
• Coordinate lease renewals and prepare renewal packages.
• Respond to resident questions and document requests.
