Job summary

Simpson Housing is seeking a Leasing Consultant II for Brooking Square Village Apartments & Townhomes in Charleston, SC. You will tour the community, assist prospective residents, and manage the leasing process from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in multifamily real estate or related fields, strong customer service and presentation skills, and familiarity with MS Office; hospitality experience is a plus. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multifamily real estate, retail sales, hotel/hospitality, or customer service.
• Previous leasing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills.
• Working experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hotel or hospitality industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Tour and present the community in a compelling way and assist prospective residents in finding the right apartment home.
• Manage the leasing/renewal process from start to finish.
• Monitor local market trends and update property comparables.
• Inspect vacant apartments to ensure readiness for new residents.
• Plan and coordinate resident functions throughout the year.
• Build strong relationships with residents by delivering outstanding customer service.
