Qualifications

• 1-2 years sales and customer service experience reaching sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
• 1-2 years leasing experience in the multifamily property management industry preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws; fair housing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unmatched customer service to prospects and residents and guide them through the leasing process.
• Schedule tours, show apartments, and encourage online applications.
• Manage leads in CRM, qualify prospects, and follow up after tours to close leases.
• Maintain knowledge of units, amenities, and local market rates to support sales goals.
