AIR Communities is seeking an Apartment Leasing Sales Consultant for Island Club in Oceanside, CA. The role focuses on turning prospects into residents, guiding tours, and closing leases while earning uncapped commissions. Base pay starts at $18.50/hour with housing options and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will manage a sales pipeline, meet leasing goals, and support marketing initiatives across AIR communities, with a focus on excellent customer service and Fair Housing compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, leasing, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience in a goal-oriented environment.
• Experience meeting sales/leasing/conversion/revenue or other performance goals.
• Experience guiding customers through a sales process, from initial interest through close.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, follow-up, and objection-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Turn qualified prospects into residents through prompt follow-up, personalized recommendations, and engaging tours.
• Identify prospect needs and present apartment homes, amenities, and lease options accordingly.
• Address questions, overcome objections, and close prospects on their next home.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed leasing, conversion, and occupancy goals.
• Maintain accurate prospect activity and next steps in AIR's leasing systems.
• Create an exceptional experience for prospects and residents at every interaction.
