IRT Living's Talison Row Apartment Homes in Charleston seeks an Apartment Leasing Consultant to welcome prospects, showcase our community, and guide them through the lease process.

You will conduct tours, close leases, coordinate applications, and help market the community. We offer comprehensive training in Tampa, commission-based pay, stock awards, and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Positive attitude, charisma, and a passion for helping people.
• Must be able to attend a company paid, multi-day, out of state training within 2 weeks of start date.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents, understand their needs, and match them with our community’s amenities.

• Follow up with prospects to close sales and achieve leasing goals.
• Manage the lease application process for a smooth transition for new residents.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on features, rents, and amenities.
