Job summary

Gross Residential is seeking a Leasing Professional to present apartments and community amenities with a positive, professional demeanor. Ideal candidates have leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience; training is provided for the right person.

You will handle inquiries by phone and email, process applications, explain lease terms, and maintain accurate paperwork. Strong computer skills and organization are essential, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Must be organized with strong computer skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lease vacant apartments to prospective residents by communicating the value of residency.
• Provide information about community amenities to prospective residents.
• Respond to phone and email inquiries from prospective residents.
• Compile leasing paperwork accurately.
• Process applications and explain lease terms and addenda to new residents.
• Assist with resident relations and service requests; forward to maintenance staff.
• Adhere to a varied work schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
