• Shop surrounding properties and conduct outreach marketing.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Create move-in resident files and maintain ongoing records.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Handle resident requests and conduct courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
