Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant to warmly welcome visitors, coordinate tours, and respond to inquiries about leasing. You will interact with current residents, coordinate renewals, and act as the central communication point between residents, management, and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years' customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role.
• Must demonstrate support of BAL strategic drivers and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents, prospects, and visitors.
• Effectively lease apartments and sell property's products and services in accordance with budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of property and competitors.
• Coordinate resident application review and complete lease packets and files.
