Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years’ customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role preferred.
• Must demonstrate support of BAL strategic drivers.
• Must demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Must present a professional image.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, prospects and visitors as the first point of contact.
• Lease apartments and sell property products and services within budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing standards in all interactions.
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor trends.
• Maintain product knowledge of property and competitors.
• Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as choices.
• Process resident applications and complete leasing paperwork.
• Maintain documentation and ensure timely follow-up with residents.
