• Valid Driver's License is required.

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide property information.
• Market, promote and conduct property tours to maximize occupancy.
• Screen applicants, negotiate lease terms and prepare paperwork.
• Assist residents and ensure smooth move-in; respond to inquiries.
• Prepare weekly and monthly leasing reports and maintain records.
