Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract, screen and lease up properties while maintaining strong resident relations. You will market available units, conduct tours, screen applicants, and negotiate leases to keep occupancy high and standards met.

The role requires attention to detail, multi-tasking, and the ability to work with a team, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lease properties to qualified prospects and process paperwork.
• Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries via in person, phone and email.
• Market properties, screen applicants, and negotiate lease terms.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and maintain leasing records.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and company policies.
