You will drive occupancy by showcasing our apartments and amenities while delivering a warm, professional experience.

You’ll work with onsite teams to maintain model homes, plan resident events, respond promptly to inquiries, and build lasting relationships with residents and prospects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of property management or leasing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging community tours and match prospects with their ideal home
• Manage the full leasing lifecycle—from inquiry to move‑in and renewals
• Maintain strong knowledge of market conditions and competitor offerings
• Ensure apartment homes are tour‑ready and meet quality standards
• Build strong resident relationships through outstanding customer service
• Assist with planning and executing resident events and engagement initiatives
• Respond to resident and prospect inquiries with professionalism and urgency
