IRT Living seeks an Apartment Leasing Consultant who will be the face of our community, turning prospects into residents with your sales talents. You’ll welcome prospective residents, tour the property, and guide them through the lease process with exceptional service.

This role offers company-paid, in-person training in Tampa, FL, plus growth opportunities, recognition programs, and a strong compensation package that includes base pay, commissions, bonuses, and stock awards.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Positive attitude, charisma, and a passion for helping people.
• Must attend a company paid, multi-day, out-of-state training within 2 weeks of start date.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents, understand their needs, and match them with our community’s amenities.
• Conduct community tours highlighting the lifestyle IRT offers.
• Follow up with prospects to close sales and achieve leasing goals.
• Manage the lease application process, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on community features, rents, and amenities.
• Conduct market research and contribute to marketing plans to attract new residents.
• Coordinate resident events that build community and enhance resident satisfaction.
