Job summary

Ackermann Group is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant for Trellises Apartments & Windridge Townhomes in Florence, KY. You will engage with prospective residents, present the community, conduct tours, and process leases while maintaining occupancy goals.

The role requires strong customer service skills, leasing experience, and proficiency with property management tools like Yardi Voyager, Rent Café, and CRM. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Leasing and/or sales experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Sales and administrative aspects with occasional light manual labor.
• Maintain knowledge of community product knowledge, fair housing, and lease policies.
• Ensure documentation related to leasing, fair housing, and resident interactions is accurate and timely.
• Log guest cards, schedule tours, and generate reports to support leasing goals.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Community Manager to ensure market-ready units.
