Leasing Consultant | Fort Mitchell, KY | Full-Time | On-Site

Multifamily Housing | Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

We are offering up to $19.00/hr. PLUS $100.00 commission on new lease signings, tuition reimbursement, and two weeks paid time off AND full benefits.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
• Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showings
• Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
• Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Prefer 1 year experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service field
• Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
• Must engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
• Yardi experience a plus!

This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and drug screening.
