• Walk tour path and prepare model apartments and community amenities.
• Respond to calls and emails promptly in the morning.
• Schedule viewings and convert calls to walk-ins.
• Tour prospects with energy and Weidner style.
• Facilitate the application process at the end of tours.
• Process applications promptly after receipt.
• Communicate results respectfully.
• Follow Weidner Move In Experience for approved applicants.
• Maintain traffic in queue and monitor market readiness.
