Formación

• 1+ years' customer service experience; hospitality or leasing experience preferred.
• Must demonstrate exceptional customer service and a professional image.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Welcome residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Effectively lease apartments and promote property products and services within budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all interactions.
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor trends.
• Coordinate the resident application review and complete lease packets.
