Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The Helmsman in Wilmington, NC. You will welcome prospective residents, coordinate tours, and respond to inquiries about leasing.

You will also interact with current residents regarding day-to-day issues and lease renewals, acting as a central communications point among residents, management, and maintenance teams. The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience, hospitality or apartment leasing background preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must demonstrate ability to work in a team and present a professional image.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and prospects, coordinate tours and respond to inquiries.
• Leasing apartments and selling community products/services per budget.
• Maintain knowledge of property and competition; assist marketing activities.
• Process lease packets and maintain complete files for each resident.
• Ensure follow-up with residents on inquiries and lease renewals.
