Avenue5 Residential, LLC is hiring a leasing consultant for The Ridge Townhomes & The JAD in Richland, WA to coordinate apartment rentals, move‑ins, move‑outs, and lease renewals while delivering exceptional resident service. You will qualify prospects, schedule tours, maintain confidential records, and support management with clerical tasks.

A high school diploma and sales experience are preferred; familiarity with Yardi Voyager and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma.
• At least 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to ensure occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospects, schedule tours, and prepare lease documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with clerical tasks.
• Assist with resident relations and community safety.
