Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in East Wenatchee, WA. You will coordinate apartment rentals, renewals, and move-ins, while engaging with prospective and current residents to drive occupancy and retention.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, familiarity with Yardi Voyager, and solid Microsoft Office skills. A valid driver’s license is required, and a fast-paced team environment awaits you.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in paperwork; ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and lease activity.
• Follow up with prospects by phone, mail, or email to generate tours.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-ins and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Assist with planning resident activities to improve retention.
• Provide clerical support such as answering calls, filing, and processing invoices.
