Bell Partners is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome residents and prospective tenants, coordinate property tours, and respond to leasing inquiries. The role also involves interacting with current residents on day-to-day issues and coordinating lease renewals.

You will serve as a central communication point between residents, community management, and maintenance teams, while upholding Fair Housing standards and accurate documentation.

Formación

• 1+ years' customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role
• Understanding of Bell Core Values
• Ability to work in a team and present a professional image
• Strong communication and MS Office proficiency

Responsabilidades

• Welcome residents, prospects, and visitors to the community
• Effectively lease apartments and upsell products/services per budget
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all dealings
• Coordinate resident application reviews and lease packets
• Maintain thorough product knowledge and assist with marketing activities
• Follow up on leasing traffic and renewals
