Sares Regis Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our 246-unit Fremont community to grow their career in property management. The role involves interviewing prospects, showing model apartments, and guiding applicants through lease paperwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated sales and customer service experience
• Ability to present information clearly to employees, managers, clients, customers, and the public
• Effective listening and communication skills, with teamwork mindset
• Weekend work required as part of normal schedule

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective residents and record information to determine needs and qualifications
• Accompany prospects to model apartments and discuss size, layout, facilities, and terms of lease
• Qualify prospective residents and verify applications and lease documents
• Complete lease forms, collect deposits and fees, and introduce residents to procedures
• Promote positive resident relations to ensure a high-quality living experience
