Job summary

Dominium Management Services is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Landings at Silver Lake Village in Saint Anthony, MN. You will greet prospects, present properties, and guide applicants through the leasing process, delivering outstanding customer service and maximizing occupancy.

This role requires effective communication, sales skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Proficiency with Yardi PMS and MS Office is beneficial; come join a mission-driven team delivering quality,

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education.
• Sales and/or other customer service experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-developed people skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Reasoning ability and goal-oriented sales aptitude.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends, including 7 days a week as needed.
• May require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents via phone, email, text, and in person; build rapport and provide property tours.
• Present available units, close leases following company standards, and follow up with prospects.
• Inspect and prepare homes for tours to ensure cleanliness and presentability.
• Know local features and amenities; communicate effectively to prospects.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws; enter data in Yardi PMS accurately.
• Guide customers through application completion and collect required documentation.
• Participate in off-site marketing activities to support occupancy goals.
• Support community events and resident retention efforts.
