Job summary

Dominium, a leading affordable housing developer and manager, seeks a Leasing Consultant for Anchor at Gulf Harbors in New Port Richey, FL. You will greet prospective residents, present properties, and guide applicants through the leasing process with a focus on customer service and compliance.

In this role you’ll build rapport, conduct tours, handle applications, and support occupancy goals while adhering to Fair Housing guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education; sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and people skills; friendly and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents via phone, email, text, and in person.
• Present properties and conduct property tours.
• Close leases following company standards and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain knowledge of local schools, amenities, and community details to share with prospects.
• Complete and document interactions in the PMS system (Yardi).
• Assist applicants through the leasing and application process for affordable housing eligibility.
• Participate in off-site marketing activities to support occupancy goals.
• Support resident events and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
