Qualifications

• Strong communication and sales skills to greet prospects and close leases.
• Ability to enter and retrieve data in multi-family software and MS Office.
• Experience or certification in the industry preferred; flexible schedule and driving required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor marketing/leasing campaigns.
• Greet prospects and qualify needs; present community features and benefits.
• Process lease applications and paperwork; verify applications.
• Answer calls and route to appropriate staff; follow up with prospects.
• Inspect model units and move-in readiness; ensure cleanliness and market readiness.
• Assist with daily/weekly reports, resident communications, move-out inventory, market surveys.
• Organize reports, leases, and documents; attend meetings as requested.
• Assist managers with administrative tasks and documentation.
