Job summary

Asset Living in Savannah, GA, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations on-site. You will greet prospects, tour the community, qualify applicants, sign leases, and handle all paperwork to move-ins.

You will also support marketing campaigns, maintain prospect data, respond to inquiries within 24 hours, and assist with resident retention programs while upholding Fair Housing and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales through appointments, tours, follow-up, and paperwork.
• Complete leasing paperwork and assist with audits, turning units, and data tracking.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support annual marketing plan outreach and market surveys.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle resident complaints.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs.
